Is it over yet?
This week started off low and just kept getting lower. After all this time we learned the truth about Trump’s taxes, or some of it. We witnessed the first and perhaps only presidential debate leaving many of us feeling like we had seen roadkill. We learned more about Russia’s nefarious role in our elections. And then the big news broke when half of the country was asleep: Trump announces he has COVID. And by Saturday evidence was mounting that last week’s White House event announcing the conservative set to replace RBG was actually a superspreader event.
Our heads are still spinning.
So let’s focus on something we can more easily make sense of: our inspiring and talented Democratic lineup. This week we featured a number of congressional candidates: Reverend Raphael Warnock running in the special Senate election in Georgia, Doug Jones who’s trying to keep Alabama blue, Dr. Al Gross the independent from Alaska, plus more!
Be sure to catch up on anything you missed!
