Friends and supporters of CTC,
Now that the year has come to a close, I’m excited to share our year-end report and an announcement about Georgia.
YEAR-END REPORT
While it will take some time to compile a detailed statistical analysis of our impact, the initial numbers are impressive. This includes over 9,500 longform deep canvassing conversations with infrequent voters in person, and 3,000 by phone!

GEORGIA
We are excited to share that CTC staff has hit the ground in Georgia in the runup to the U.S Senate election runoffs there!
As you know, the U.S. Senate under Mitch McConnell is where every half-decent idea goes to die and where injustices and attacks on our democracy thrive. Our country’s ability to have an impact on the climate crisis, criminal justice reform, and income inequality is directly connected to the Democrats’ ability to win these elections.
A select team of leaders from our Pennsylvania campaign (including CTC volunteers and professionals, led by staff of the Leadership LAB) is now on the ground working with a great group of activists in Dekalb County, GA. They are designing, building, and supporting the only deep canvassing campaign that we know of. While there’s been a strategic choice not to recruit a large group of out-of-state volunteers, there are other ways you can support this effort.
We are raising money for the travel and housing costs of our staff and a team of our most experienced volunteers. Contributions to CTC allow us to explore and jump at opportunities like this, and to continue to train and retain the volunteers who make the scaling of our projects possible. If you are in a position to consider a gift at any level, please CLICK HERE to contribute.
CTC MARCHES ON!
It’s been a busy year. A difficult year. And a productive year. In case you were wondering, we remain committed to our vision: to build a national corps of deep canvassers who can grow an electorate that embraces compassion and inclusion.
No matter the outcome in Georgia, we know that the climate crisis, continued racism, inequalities, and other issues call upon us to continue our needed work. We look forward to engaging in it with you. Stay tuned for next steps!
If you’re interested in supporting our work in Georgia, or our continued growth and development as we scout out our next campaign, please consider making a donation. And in the meantime, thank you all for helping us get here.
