It’s on us to protect the vote. Join online this Wednesday eve to learn how

Voter suppression is real. It is intentional. And it is headed our way. That’s why all of us could have such an important role to play, beyond just casting our own ballot. Miami-Dade alone will need hundreds of volunteers to watch out for attempts to suppress the vote at polling locations through early voting, and on Election Day.

We invite you to a special meeting on Wednesday 9/23 to learn more how your involvement can ensure that the elections are conducted fairly.

We will be ready. With squadrons of lawyers and swarms of concerned residents, we will be prepared to deal with whatever they’ve got. With your help, we can ensure that the Biden presidency will not be lost or stolen in Miami-Dade.

Additional context: On Saturday, in Fairfax Virginia, a crowd of MAGA followers literally blocked the entrance to a critical early voting site. During our own primaries in August, caravans of smoke-rolling, secessionist-flag waving Trumpists encircled one of our most important Democrat-heavy polling places. More concerning, the RNC and their dark money allies have pledged scores of millions of dollars to support their “active ballot security measures” across the country, and we know that Miami-Dade County – the largest Democratic county in any swing state in the nation – is first on their list.
