Friends – Despite a string of recent rulings that green-lit Republican gerrymandering, approved Donald Trump’s shameful border wall, and even sided with the RNC to cause “massive disenfranchisement,” Trump and state Republicans have concluded – incredibly – that their 5-4 majority on the Supreme Court isn’t right-wing enough.
So now, Trump and his allies have hatched a plan to pack the court with even more extreme right-wing justices – before the November elections.
As you read this, Trump cronies like Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham are working furiously to engineer more judicial vacancies for Trump to fill. Trump himself is joining the push, too – announcing on Twitter that he’ll release a new list of Supreme Court nominees in a matter of weeks.
Trump has made it clear that in his view, Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch are too left-wing for his agenda – and if he gets the chance, he’ll fill any future vacancy with someone even more extreme.

Let’s be clear about what Trump wants: If even one more Trump-appointed justice makes it onto the Supreme Court, the constitutional limits that restrain state Republicans and protect our rights would disappear, maybe forever.
It would create a prime opportunity for Republican state legislators to collude with the conservative justices to impose their partisan agendas across the entire nation – with no one in sight to stop them.
Trump’s team is already at work helping to choose a list of potential nominees that would benefit their party. Together, we MUST fight back and show the GOP that tampering with the highest court in the country is unacceptable.
