Progressive Anton Andrew, son of West Indian immigrants, won 48% of the vote against the incumbent Republican two years ago. Now this seat in a Swing Left target district is open. Anton has a strong local organization and he has knocked on more than 4000 doors in the past two years to win this seat. If Democrats control the state legislature, they control redistricting.
