Major Ratings Changes by the Cook Political Report

The nonpartisan elections experts at the Cook Political Report just forecast a dramatic shift in the 2020 elections.

But now, according to these new projections, “it’s no longer clear Republicans are the favorites.” In fact, a separate projection shows that as many as fifteen state legislative chambers could be on the verge of flipping.
