CTC TOGETHER UPDATE MARCH 2020

Friends and fans of CTC,

We hope this finds you all as well as possible during these uncertain times. While many of us are feeling all sorts of feelings, and experiencing a wide range of new dynamics in our lives, we know that we must continue to move forward no matter what. The indomitable human spirit marches on. Just like every other organization in every other industry, we at CTC are doing just that. 

If you are seeking signs of hopes, we are proud to share with you that last week CTC quickly transitioned to an online format. As you can see in the photo above, more than 50 people came together for an online training and organizing session last Sunday. We led breakout sessions where new volunteers were trained in relational storytelling while experienced canvassers were trained in recruitment, got on the phone, and started reaching out.

And so we are continuing to build! We’ve still got an election we need to win—now more than ever!

Continued Training and Action!
On Sunday, April 5th, CTC will have a day of virtual deep canvassing. Leading up to it, we’ll hold storytelling workshops on the evenings of Wednesday, April 1st and Thursday, April 2nd.  On April 5th, we will start the morning with training before presenting opportunities for actions to do together.
