OCTOBER 2022

Boy is there a lot of activity with our Congressional candidate, 6 House candidates, 3 Senate candidates, 2 County Commissioner candidates and School Boards under attack in every corner! And we are still in search of a newsletter editor …

Less than 4 weeks to Election Day!

We are talking to voters in House District 38 (Joey Andrews,) District 42 (Justin Mendoza) and District 86 (Larry Jackson.) Kim Jorgensen Gane is on the move everywhere in Senate District 20! Joseph Alfonso for Congressional District 4 was spotted at the Goose Festival parade in Fennville on Saturday and then he was off to shoot a commercial!

NOW IS THE TIME to volunteer! Redistricting has created some amazing opportunities, but our candidates need your help to propel them to victory. Email info.allegandems@gmail.com or call 269.673.5585 to find out what you can do to help! We have all the yard signs in our office, open 6 days a week!
Monday 12 – 7 PM
Tuesday 12 – 6 PM
Wednesday 1 – 5 PM
Thursday 12 – 5 PM
Friday 1 – 5 PM

Vote Common Good Rally

Speakers, Music, and a Clear Call to Action to protect our democracy in light of the growing challenges presented by election-denying, insurrection-supporting, law and order-attacking, democracy-downgrading candidates, and movements.

Saturday, October 15 — 12:30 p.m. — Plainwell Band Shell

At this event, you will be inspired and equipped to engage in civic life in faithful ways. You will meet others working to protect democracy and to engage in our political life in positive, useful ways. You will meet candidates who are committed to the Common Good. You will meet others who are willing to make the Common Good their voting criteria, even if that means breaking from their past political allegiances.

The most effective response to the rise of movements calling for political violence and Christian Nationalism is organizing, engaging, and raising our voices in public and private places. Please join us! We can all use a little more FAITH, HOPE and LOVE!!
