President Obama’s Plea to Miami-Dade

President Barack Obama knows what is at stake in this election. And as someone who twice won the state of Florida—with Vice President Biden as his running mate—he knows how important the state of Florida is. He also knows the importance of putting in the work.

President Obama made a point of stopping by one of our canvass launches to encourage a group of our volunteers. And what he said to us was “If you bring Florida home, this thing’s over. I won’t have to wait for the results. I want to go to sleep knowing we’re going to have a president fighting on our behalf.” 

President Obama knows we can’t be complacent in these last few days. Will you pitch in $20 to make sure we have everything we need to turn out every last vote?

President Obama’s plea to us was simple: don’t leave anything to chance. This is too important.
