Hi, everyone. It’s Tuesday, and we have work to do today and tomorrow.

We are running out of time to manuveur on Amy Coney Barrett. Indivisible East Bay has put together a couple of scripts, to ask our senators Feinstein and Harris, who are on the Judiciary Committee to start working on some quorum-denying moves.

And in case that doesn’t work, we tell the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, to institute impeachment proceedings against Attorney General Bill Barr (God, there is soooo much stuff on him), which procedurally comes before any SCOTUS hearings. We can play hardball too, Senator McConnell.

Yesterday, people participated in a call wave to senators from the Poor People’s Campaign. You can still use their script, or a short version from us, to tell your senators where their attention should be – taking care of homeless and hungry Americans, not consolidating a minority party’s power over the rest of us.

The Ojai Mandala event continues through Thursday. It’s free, messy and fun – no artistic skill or equipment required.

6:00 pm. Join into the phonebanking events taking place every day. It’s Tuesday, so Simi Valley indivisible needs your help to replace Mike Garcia with Christy Smith. Training included.

5:00 pm. Join host Kameren Chase Neal, who is a candidate for Calleguas Municipal Water District. every Tuesday and Friday for a phonebanking session. Facebook link here.

7:30pm – 9:00 pm, sign up for Planned Parenthood volunteer training to become a PP Votes Squad Volunteer.

For those who are able to speak Spanish, Flip the West needs your help! in Voter Guide news, we added two sets of endorsements, from Public Advocates, Inc., a non-profit law firm and advocacy group concentrating on systemic causes of poverty and racial discrimination, and from Women’s Foundation, CA, a feminist group advocating a feminist group advocating for racial, economic and gender justice.

So much to do, literally so little time left. No assumptions. We push through the finish line like our country’s life depended on it.
