Here’s the latest –

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is sending a warning that everyone needs to hear.

In a recent dissent, Justice Ginsburg blasted the court’s decision to stop thousands of Wisconsinites from voting by mail, warning that that court siding with Trump and state Republicans would undeniably “result in massive disenfranchisement.”

Justice Ginsburg was absolutely right: Thousands of voters were barred from voting safely in that Wisconsin election – and if this precedent holds, millions of voters could be at risk this November.

To help fight back, a group of progressive donors has offered to TRIPLE THE IMPACT of every online gift. As Trump and national Republicans escalate their attacks to dismantle voting rights, state Democrats need you in this fight more than ever.

Heed Justice Ginsburg’s dire warning before it’s too late: Pitch in before midnight tonight, and your gift will have TRIPLE the impact to defeat GOP lawmakers everywhere >>

RBG's message about voter suppression:

Now that two more right-wing jurists are in place to tip the scales for Trump on the Supreme Court, state Republicans are mounting aggressive efforts to restrict Americans’ right to vote and roll back decades of progressive policies.

GOP-controlled states are pitching brazenly unconstitutional challenges to the Supreme Court – knowing their attempts to demolish voting rights or dismantle the Affordable Care Act could succeed under a conservative court.

If we want to defend our democracy against right-wing attacks like these, we need to step up and mobilize immediately.

Take advantage of this match before it expires: Rush a TRIPLE-IMPACT gift now to elect state Democrats everywhere >>
