While South Carolina Republican Senator Lindsey Graham has been busy defending Trump and Big Oil, Democratic challenger Jaime Harrison has been rising in the polls.
Harrison’s rise is attributed to his advocacy of affordable education, common sense gun control, and his plan to expand both Medicare and the Affordable Care Act, affectionately known as Obamacare.
Harrison recently made headlines when his campaign outraised Graham for the first time in two decades. According to fundraising reports filed with the Federal Election Commission, Harrison outraised Graham in the first quarter of 2020.
Harrison is a graduate of Yale and has made a name for himself as a straight shooter who cares about regular folks. There is still a long way to go and it’s important for everyone to get involved in supporting Jaime Harrison’s bid for the United States Senate.
