Because of YOU, we fought back against the Republicans and special interests who – even after you thwarted a ballot initiative in August that would have made it harder to pass Issue 1 – were still hell-bent on keeping Ohio women from making their own private medical decisions.
You told them in August you were against their anti-choice agenda. They didn’t listen. Instead, they reworked the Issue 1 ballot language for their own political advantage. You saw right through their tricks and voted to pass Issue 1. Today, we showed Republicans that Ohioans won’t be silenced.
You can guarantee that after our huge win, Republicans are going to do everything they possibly can – and yes, that means more corruption – to take over Ohio.
