Democrats won a big victory this week in Miami Springs where Dr. Victor Vázquez was elected to City Council!
Our volunteers helped to make this win possible. Over the last couple of weeks they hit the phones, calling Democrats in Miami Springs to get out the vote for Dr. Vázquez.
But we’re not done! We have another important local election coming up on Tuesday, April 13 in Coral Gables. There we’ve endorsed Pat Keon for Mayor and Jose Valdes-Fauli for City Commission in Group 2.
This Saturday we’ll be on the phones again to get out the vote in Coral Gables. Will you join us?
This is a virtual event, so you can make calls from the comfort of your home. All you need is a computer or tablet and an internet connection, and a phone (or internet phone service) to make calls. We’ll be hanging out in our “virtual field office” (i.e. on Zoom) the whole time, so you can ask questions and enjoy some Democratic camaraderie!
