Therapist and Activist Jennifer Young on Election Stress and Uncertainty

///
1 min read

With emotions around the election at their peak right now, we check in today with therapist Jennifer Young. She is a trauma specialist, and she’s also a leader with Indivisible Action Tampa Bay.

This discussion covers a lot. We talk about anxiety, anger, how or even if to repair broken relationships, and how to keep going in the face of exhaustion. And, as a heads-up, Jennifer also talks very bluntly about what may lie ahead for us in the coming days and weeks, and what we should expect from ourselves.

We hope that you’ll join us for this important, no-holds-barred discussion.
