During our “intermission” break from making phone calls we will hear from Broadway women leading the charge as to why they need you to get out the vote for Joe and Kamala.
Never phone banked before? Not a problem, we will train you! Never seen a Broadway show? Totally fine, all are welcome!!
Women for Biden GOTV: Captain Training 9:30 PM ET
The Women for Biden team is hosting a GOTV Phone Bank Marathon for the final 4 days of the election. From Saturday 10/31 through Election Day we’re hosting a virtual event that will feature phone bank trainings, surprise guests and dance breaks while we make calls to voters to ensure they have what they need to VOTE.
To help run this final GOTV effort, we are looking for dedicated volunteer leaders to make this marathon a success. There are several ways you can help out, including help with training, welcoming guests, answering phone banking and event questions, and more!
The time commitment for volunteers is supporting a 2 hour phone bank shift (or more!) throughout the final 4 days of the election (10/31-11/3).

Young and progressive voters aren’t just ‘settling for Biden’ anymore. They’re going all in.
According to a study, 70% of young people have gotten information about the 2020 election on social media. When broken down by different social media platforms, more than half (51%) of people ages 18 to 24 got information about the election from Instagram, 48% from Twitter and 47% from Facebook. In addition, 28% said they got information about the election from TikTok.

Sitting in a patrol cruiser in Brooklyn over the weekend, a New York police officer repeatedly offered his support to President Trump over the vehicle’s speaker — and encouraged bystanders to film him doing it. The on-duty officer soon got his wish, as multiple videos of the incident were uploaded and have been viewed about 2 million times on social media by Monday morning, sparking backlash from residents and officials.
