Do you remember November 9, 2016?
We all recall the despair and horror we felt waking up the day after the 2016 election—to a world that suddenly seemed incomprehensible.
But do you remember what came next?
You and millions of women and allies all over the world joined together to march and proclaim that we were not going to allow our country to become unrecognizable. We drew power, solace, and strength from each other. We became activists, we ran for office, we fought for the ACA, we took on doing the essential work of defending our suddenly fragile democracy—and most of all, we refused to keep silent.
Today, we are just weeks away from the most important election of our lifetime. And we are coming full circle to end this nightmare precisely where it began.
We are calling on you all to make some noise and make your voices heard!
Starting on Wednesday, September 30, at 5-8 PM (and continuing every Wednesday thereafter), we will be calling hundreds of thousands of women all across PA—from the cities to the suburbs to the farms at the heart of our Commonwealth—for “Women 2 Women Wednesdays” with Turn PA Blue and PA Stands Up.

We are asking you to make these calls with us: To reach out to women across this crucial swing state. To activate your friends, family, and social media contacts to make these calls alongside women from all across the country. To share your activism on social media and spark even more people to get on the phone and do this vital work. To do your part to save our state and country! You don’t have to be from PA (or a woman!) to make calls! PA can very well decide this election for all of us, so we’re all in it together.
Yes, we often hear that phonebanking makes people “uncomfortable.” But we are all out of our comfort zones. We are also devastated, afraid, and angry—but we are ready to reclaim our power.
