It’s official: The first ballots have been cast

2 mins read

We’ve got 52 days left until Election Day.

That’s not a lot of time, but it’s even less than it sounds like because millions of mail-in ballots are already in voters’ hands right now or on the way soon.

Every time one of those ballots comes back in, it brings Democrats closer to victory – closer to restoring the heart and soul of this country. But it also makes every remaining moment until Election Day even more important than the last.

If you believe in what state Democrats are fighting for, now’s the time to make your power felt. The election is finally here, and it’s time for everyone to step it up.

The final sprint to Election Day looms larger this year than in any other election in American history – and not just because of the stakes.

That’s because record-setting numbers of ballots will be cast early – tens of millions of them – and those early voters are projected to overwhelmingly favor Democrats.

If we let the Republicans out-work us or out-spend us during this crucial, final stretch, we’ll miss our only chance to bank the winning votes in key swing states. Missing that chance is the first step to losing these elections, and we CANNOT let it happen.
