Meet the candidates Barack Obama is supporting:

Pam Iovino (PA-SD-37) is a Navy veteran that won a 2019 special election, flipping a State Senate district that Trump won by 6 points.

Brittney Rodas (PA-HD-105) is a Young Democrat, mother of two toddlers, and research analyst specializing in public sector human resources. Her opponent hid a positive coronavirus test from Democratic colleagues.

Deb Ciamacca (PA-HD-168) served as a Marine Corps Captain, worked as a manufacturing manager, and was a high school teacher.

Ann Marie Mitchell (PA-HD-178) is a Bucks County business attorney and mother. Her opponent won re-election in 2018 by just 572 votes.

Marlene Katz (PA-HD-29) is an ordained interfaith minister and community activist working to end gun violence.

Julie Slomski (PA-SD-49) is a lifelong Erie resident who served as Northwest Regional Director for Gov. Tom Wolf.

Jonathan Kassa (PA-HD-151) is a North Penn School Board director, school safety expert, and victims’ rights advocate running to flip a district Trump lost by 14.

Claudette Williams (PA-HD-176) is an Army veteran, Jamaican immigrant, and commissioner of the Pocono Regional Police.

John Kane (PA-SD-09) has been a member and leader in Plumbers Local 690 for over 40 years. Now, he’s taking on a vulnerable Republican in a district Trump lost by double digits.

Nancy Guenst (PA-HD-152) proposed her town’s first LGBT+ anti-discrimination ordinance. She replaced the mayor that vetoed it, becoming the first female mayor of Hatboro, PA and signing the ordinance into law.

Janet Diaz (PA-SD-13) is a Lancaster City Councilwoman who works at a hospital as a Stroke Quality Registrar Analyst at a hospital.

Lissa Geiger Shulman (PA-HD-30) was a public school teacher, former chief of staff to a State Rep., and most recently, advocated for early childhood education.

George Scott (PA-SD-15) has followed a lifelong call to serve, first in the Army for 20 years, and now as a pastor.

Anton Andrew (PA-HD-160) is a first generation citizen, an attorney and environmental champion running to flip an open seat.
