This weekend marks 100 days out from the November Election!
THIS is the time that we’ve all been waiting for. In 2016, we all vowed to do more to support Democrats, and that time is now! It’s 2020 and we have only 100 days to get our job done and elect Democrats up and down the ballot.
Get involved! There are a ton of phone banks across Oakland County this weekend (and every week for the next 100 days). Each phone bank provides a script and training, so they are suitable for first-timers or seasoned volunteers. Right now, phone banks are the best way to speak to voters one-on-one. They are so valuable, and just an hour of your time helps so much!
Don’t know where to start? Check out our list on OCDP.org, there are phone banks scheduled for targeted races across the county! Plus, ONE Campaign, MDP’s coordinated campaign, has a HUGE Weekend of Action planned to call voters and make sure that they know their options for voting in November, including voting from home!
OCDP is hosting a phone bank for County Commissioner Kristen Nelson this Saturday, and we will be hosting more in the future, so join us to help keep the Democratic Majority in the County! We’ll be having more Phone Banks to help our County Commissioners coming up, we hope you can join us!
100 days from now, don’t look back and wish you had done more.
