Indivisible St Johns

MISSION STATEMENT: To build and sustain an inclusive proactive community that will protect our environment, our freedoms and our basic human and civil rights. We are committed to an indivisible St. Johns County with liberty and justice for all.

There is so much we can do without leaving our home or computer!
We can each take ONE action daily.

We have several local brave souls running for office.  Let’s help them get elected!

Joe McAnarney — candidate for St Johns County Commissioner — is planning to pay the fees to place his name on the ballot and asking for donations to help cover these costs. He did receive about 1200 petitions, but not enough to avoid paying the fee. Visit his website here to donate.

David Rogers — candidate for State Representative, District 17, Info here  Donate here to his campaign. He also needs to pay the fee to get his name on the ballot.

Adam Morley — candidate for State Representative, District 24–Let’s make this year his! Donate here

Barbara Blonder — candidate for St Augustine City Commission Seat 2Info here (and donate if you can)

Donna Deegan–candidate for U.S. Congress Representative (Dist. 4)Donate here

We need to  urge  Congress  to provide financial support for the U. S. Post Office, especially considering the increased importance of Vote By Mail this fall.
First:Send a letter (with a stamp!) to your Member of Congress about why you love the post office.  It will be Rep. John Rutherford,  1711 Longworth House Office Building, Washington, D.C. 20515    phone 202-225-2501orRep. Michael Waltz, 216 Cannon House Office Building, Washington D.C.,  20515                                                                   phone (202) 225-2706

Second:  Call your Senator and tell them to pass the Heroes Act without watering it down.  Passed by the House on May 15th, this new COVID response bill includes (among many other important things) $25 billion in funding for the USPS.  Click here to get the call script and call today.Senator Marco Rubio (R) D.C. office 202-224-3041Senator Rick Scott (R) D.C. office 202-224-5274
