DemCast and Eleven Films Are Teaming Up to Maximize the Online Impact of ‘Impeachment Eve’ Rallies Across the US.

On Tuesday, December 17th, the night before the House of Representatives takes the somber vote to impeach Donald Trump, Americans will head to public squares to declare that Nobody Is Above the Law, as representatives finalize their positions (and senators look on).

Attending in-person is vital. If you’ve yet to RSVP for your local event, please sign up here.

But we’re in the digital age, and we need to make as much noise online as possible – this is critical for capturing the national narrative. One of the best ways to do that is with video.

So, DemCast is partnering with top-notch video production company Eleven Films to solicit, edit & string together grassroots videos from among the 400+ Not Above The Law rallies across the US on Tuesday.

Eleven Films is perhaps best known for the “Blue Wave Trailer” viral video they produced in the lead-up to the 2018 midterms that received millions of views:

Rally-goers! Please do the following:

  • To get instant social media amplification, tweet out your videos using the following hashtags: #DemCast and #DemCastXX (where XX is your state’s abbreviation – i.e. #DemCastCA, #DemCastTX, #DemCastFL, etc.). Our teams will amplify.
  • Submit videos for inclusion in the national roll-up video! Here are the instructions. Click and save this jpg image to your phone for reference on rally night:

  1. Thanks for writing this, Nick! I’ve met (virtually) the founders of 11 Films, James and Tiffany. Keep up the good work. I led a rally in San Luis Obispo on the 17th along with my two children Max, 11, and Sophie, 7. There were about 400 people there.
