Friends,
In November, Ohioans overwhelmingly voted to enshrine reproductive rights in the state constitution. But if Republicans have their way, that could come to an end.
Three critical Supreme Court races on the ballot this year could decide the future of reproductive rights. We already know what the Republican Party wants to do, because they’ve done it, repeatedly: from passing a ban on abortion at six weeks which Governor Mike DeWine signed, to Attorney General Dave Yost appealing to enforce it even after Issue 1 passed in November, the GOP has proven they’ll stop at nothing to restrict reproductive healthcare.
Since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe, Ohio hasn’t been the only state where Republicans have pushed to restrict reproductive healthcare – or the only state where voters have stood up and fought back. We did exactly that last year. Now we have to do it again.
By electing Melody Stewart, Michael Donnelly, and Lisa Forbes this November, we can put a stop to Republican attempts to overturn Issue 1 and to jeopardize reproductive freedom in Ohio.
Thank you,
Ohio Democrats
Ohioans couldn’t be more clear.

“Bernie Moreno is radically out of step with Ohio voters” He “insists that his radical views be shoved down the throats of Ohio voters with a national ban on all abortions”
It’s pretty simple. The majority of Ohio voters want to protect abortion – why does Bernie Moreno think we enshrined it in our state constitution? Because we wanted him to step foot into Washington and overturn it? Get a grip, Bernie. If you want to protect abortion for our state and our entire country, rush $5 now to help us defeat Bernie Moreno at the ballot box >>>
Thank you,
