The Messiest Primary in the U.S.
For the past couple of months we have witnessed the messiest Senate primary in the whole country! With just FOUR days left to go until this increasingly hostile Senate slugfest explodes, this three-way brawl continues to get nastier and more expensive with no signs of slowing down.
But don’t take our word for it! Here’s a small sampling off all the messy attacks that keep flying in the GOP race to the bottom:
And the dollar signs keep coming! On Tuesday, Matt Dolan dumped in another $1 million of his personal fortune into this race, bringing the total he’s self-funded so far this cycle up to $10.2 million.
And don’t forget: Bernie Moreno is also trying to buy Ohio’s Senate seat – he’s a multimillionaire who’s put more than $4 million of his own money in to try to buy this race.
Drinks w/ Dems

Flavor of the Week
For those of you who have been around for a while you might remember our Flavor of the Week segment where we ask candidates and elected officials what their favorite local ice cream maker and flavor is.
This week, we asked Judge Lisa Forbes, endorsed Democrat running for Supreme Court in next week’s primary.
Judge Forbes is a loyal Cleveland resident and said her favorite ice cream maker is Mitchell’s of course! Her favorite flavor is a tossup between mint chocolate chip and salted caramel.

Until Next Time
2023 was a monumental and hopeful chapter of Ohio’s story that deserves much celebration. But it’s time to turn our focus to 2024. Redistricting and wage are on the line. Control of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House will undoubtedly run through Ohio in 2024. Ohio will also be the only state in the nation with an opportunity to gain control of the state Supreme Court. With two statewide wins under our belt, Ohio Dems are ready to win – again. Consider chipping in to help us win in 2024 and beyond!
