Remember when every single Ohio Republican in Congress voted against the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law?
Well, that law is now bringing home $210 million for Ohio drinking water and water infrastructure upgrades, ensuring Ohioans throughout the state have access to clean, safe, drinking water.
It’s not just that every Ohio Republican voted against the law, it’s that they made clean drinking water a partisan issue. They decided not to improve the lives of Ohioans so they could score political points within their party.
First it’s clean drinking water, then what? Livable wages? Affordable, accessible healthcare? Prescription drugs? What else are they willing to sacrifice for their constituents in the name of partisanship?
Instead of supporting the Ohioans who need help, Republicans are making it that much harder for them to get the care and resources they need and deserve.
