Summer Speaker Series: Let’s talk about Vote By Mail.

1 min read

Due to high demand, we are back with a new Summer Speaker Series! We are partnering with Promote the Vote PA to host discussions on the issues our volunteers care about.

The first virtual talk in our series will be “Let’s Talk About… Vote by Mail” on Monday, June 19th from 7-8pm. Eddy Foster from the Voter Project will share the data from past elections on voting by mail, and he’ll discuss the trends we can expect going forward.

In recent elections, our volunteers have sent 650,000 texts and made 26,000 calls to voters to help them apply for and correctly submit their safe, secure mail-in ballots. When voters participate in elections, we win!

This is a virtual event, so grab your favorite beverage and a snack, and tune in to geek out with us. Together we can deepen our knowledge and Turn PA Blue!

The grassroots energy enhanced by Turn PA Blue has the ability to drive turnout and energy upward to help Democrats running across the state at all levels. Our goal is also to integrate the inclusion of new voices into the Democratic Party on all levels, with particular emphasis on strengthening the local parties whose infrastructure is vital to the growth and efficacy of the Democratic Party will also serve to “build our bench” for future candidate recruitment.
