OCDP 2022 Convention

Saturday, November 18th (11am – 1pm)

Now that the 2022 Midterm Election is over, it is time to hold the OCDP Convention to elect our Executive Committee members. The Convention will be held this Saturday, November 19th at Plumbers Local Union 98 (555 Horace Brown Dr., Madison Heights 48071).

During the Convention, each OCDP Local Club will elect its Executive Committee Members; each Local Club has received an allocation of delegates which is based on the total number of Oakland County votes for the Democratic Secretary of State in the November 8th election. As a reminder, delegates must be current MDP members to be elected to the Executive Committee. Clubs will be required to submit the names and contact information (address, email, phone) of their delegates during the Convention

OCDP Officers Election

During our regularly-scheduled Executive Committee meeting in December, our 2023-2024 Executive Committee will elect Officers to their positions. As a reminder, officers must be current MDP members to be elected to the Executive Committee.
