The Ohio Scoop is your weekly campaign fix, filled with the most up-to-date information about Ohio Democrats and everything happening on the campaign trail here in Ohio. We’re here so you can get your political scoop, all in one place.

We had a busy week on the campaign trail, so let’s jump right in.
It’s Time to VOTE!
Election Day is TOMORROW. So many of our rights are on the line and control of the U.S. Senate could come down to Ohio.
Have you voted yet?
You can still vote early in-person tomorrow, Monday, November 7th or on Election Day on November 8th. Make your plan to vote early in-person or on election day at ohiodems.org/vote.

Sample Ballot
We have hyper-competitive elections up and down the ballot. It’s clear this election will come down to a field margin. Let’s work together to bring this home and turn out our voters.
Help us get the word out about a critical resource to help Ohioans vote all the way down the ballot:
- You can find a sample ballot for all 88 counties at https://ohiodems.org/ballot/ or Text VOTE to 71736 to get a link on your phone that takes you to this website.
- We encourage you to save this on your phone and take it into the ballot box with you. Or, you can use it to complete your mail-in ballot.
It’s the Final GOTV Weekend
It is our final GOTV weekend and Ohio Democrats spent Saturday and Sunday knocking over 100,0000 doors all across the state. And we’re not done yet.
We will be knocking doors all day on Monday AND Tuesday. Will you join us in knocking a packet? Sign up and encourage your friends and family to knock packets here.

Campaign HQ with David Plouffe
David Plouffe, former campaign manager for Barack Obama, released a podcast today featuring Anna Staver of USA Today Network’s Ohio Bureau and Dave Chase, Tim Ryan’s Campaign Manager.
The episode touches on our 3 competitive congressional races, Greg Landsman in OH-1, Emilia Sykes in OH-13, and Marcy Kaptur in OH-14, as well as Tim Ryan’s Path to victory.

Redistricting Madness
Friday’s episode of This American Life took a deep dive into the bizarre and frustrating redistricting process in Ohio. It highlighted the 2018 constitutional amendment to end gerrymandering in the state–one of the first of its kind.
Yet, as we all know, Ohio Republicans drew electoral maps that violated their very own constitutional amendment, and those are the ones that we are all voting on in this year’s midterm elections.

Election Day is this Tuesday.
It is the time to Get Out the Vote. We have 2 more days to turn out voters on the ground in every corner of the state. There are doors to knock, calls to make and absentee voters to chase.
