This month, we look forward to hearing from candidate for South Carolina Commissioner of Agriculture, Chris Nelums, on his belief that clean, sustainable and inclusive food systems are critical to achieving stability for everyone in our state.
While agriculture-driven growth is at risk in rural areas, Chris is convinced in its potential to reduce poverty, narrow economic disparities, provide food security, and deliver environmental services that benefit our state long term.
