If there is a silver lining to last week’s news that the U.S. Supreme Court is likely to overturn Roe v. Wade, the U.S. Senate is finally scheduling a vote this week on the Women’s Health Protection Act!

Let’s be clear again: This draft Supreme Court opinion is not an official decision, abortion is a right and Roe is still the law of the land.

Yes, you are angry.. very angry.  Yes, you are scared.. very scared.  How about take an action or two?  You will be making a difference and feel better.

  1. attend rallies to show even those of us who live in a state with state laws which protect our reproductive rights care
  2. get Dems elected in swing states – sign up to text to get Dems out to vote in Pennsylvania after the rally on May 14th NOON HST (this is a special training just for the volunteers from Hawaii) OR email natel+owner@indivisiblehawaii.org if you would rather write postcards
  3. donate to Planned Parenthood, NARAL in swing states or Stacey Abram’s list
