Take action for fair legislative maps in PA now!

PA Republicans are advancing an amendment to the state constitution to abolish the bi-partisan Legislative Reapportionment Commission and restore their ability to gerrymander.

Inquirer: PA Republicans want a lot more power in redistricting for state maps

Fight back against this Republican power grab and tell your General Assembly members to vote “NO” on HB 2207!

Pennsylvania Republicans are furious about the new, fairer legislative maps – so they’re proposing a constitutional amendment to take complete control of the redistricting process and draw partisan, gerrymandered lines.

HB 2207 would let politicians hand-select members of a sham citizen’s redistricting commission. It also gives the General Assembly the power to reject the commission maps and draw their own gerrymander with nearly no oversight.

PA Republicans do not want fair maps! They want to pick and choose their voters in order to stay in power.

Tell your General Assembly members that you support fair maps, and to vote NO on HB 2207!

Historically, Pennsylvania has been one of the most gerrymandered states in the entire country, helping PA Republicans retain control of the General Assembly for most of the last two decades.

With fair maps in place for 2022, they want to pass HB 2207 to draw brand-new lines for 2024.

We’re fighting back – we must not allow Republicans to gerrymander their way into power for decades to come.

Demand fair legislative maps in PA! Tell your representative to vote NO on HB 2207.

Thanks for taking action today.
