We’re Building the Infrastructure
Needed to WIN!
The Florida Democratic Party has made a major, early investment in grassroots organizing by hiring paid field staff to build a statewide, year-round infrastructure. Eight regional field directors will organize in every region of the state. The team will be expanded to include field organizers and paid canvassers. To flip Florida blue we are building a long term, sustainable infrastructure, and deploying field staff all across Florida earlier than ever.
If you or someone you know is interested in one of these positions, you can find more information HERE.
By investing early in statewide, grassroots organizing, we will meet Florida voters where they are now, not just 3 months before each election. This field team is the heart of the foundation necessary to defeat Marco Rubio, Ron DeSantis and Republicans up and down the ballot. With your continued help, we will do just that. If you can, please donate directly to these efforts HERE.
Okaloosa County will be working with veteran organizer Keith Hardy. A native of Pensacola, Keith has been involved in Democratic politics in the panhandle for many years and has served the Florida Democratic Party as well as state and presidential campaigns in both field and community engagement roles.
Keith has worked with staff, party leaders, and volunteers to develop Democratic infrastructure in the panhandle. As a result, our region outperformed the rest of the state with Democratic vote margin shifts of over five percent between the 2016 and 2020 presidential elections. Please join us in welcoming Keith to his new role, and stay tuned for details about how you can get involved as we gear-up our voter registration and get-out-the-vote efforts!
