1 min read

In partnership with the Washington Indivisible Network, we bring you our Deep Dive Town Hall Series, learning about key issues Indivisibles care about.

Today, a look at the legislative agenda for Washington for Black Lives a black-led, multiracial coalition here in the state. We’re joined by three of its members, Kamau Chege (Director of the Washington Community Alliance), Samuel Martin (CEO of S.D. Martin Consulting), and Representative Jesse Johnson (LD 30), to discuss demands for economic justice, police and prison defunding, and ending police militarization.

This was recorded live on the evening of Thursday, January 14th.
