YWCA MLK CELEBRATION 2021

CCDP is participating in the YWCA Greater Charleston’s annual MLK Celebration, which will migrate to a primarily-virtual format this year in light of COVID-19. The celebration is the largest MLK celebration in South Carolina and will feature a number of exciting events and ways to give back to the Charleston community. CCDP is proud to support and participate in this celebration as it moves to a virtual format and continues to honor the contributions of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. to improving our country. Given the incredibly upsetting events of last week, we recognize that now, perhaps more than ever, we must commemorate those who encouraged us as Americans to be better, with MLK being chief among them.

For more information about the YWCA Greater Charleston MLK Celebration and the schedule, please visit the event site here.

Drive-Thru Hand Sanitizer Refill

Join us on Saturday (1/16) for a free drive-thru hand sanitizer refill event at our office at 1379 Ashley River Road from 11 AM to 1 PM!

Just bring a refillable bottle that we can use to hold the antiseptic (and we have labels for the bottles so you know it’s antiseptic) – an empty, washed out Juice, Iced Tea, Iced Coffee, Water bottle works great for this purpose – it just needs to have a screw cap! Thanks to High Wire Distilling Co for providing us with this generously donated barrel of antiseptic to serve the community through the continuing spread of COVID-19!
