THE WEEK IN REVIEW
—
Join us for the 2020 Truman Dinner!
Mark your calendars and be sure to reserve your sofa and a rocks glass (we’ll have a recipe!) for an all-virtual version of our longest-running, statewide, Democratic event to kick-off the fall election season.
The Missouri Democratic Party is upping our game for Truman Dinner this year. In addition to an amazing slate of candidates including: Nicole Galloway, Jill Schupp, Yinka Faleti, Alissia Canady, Vicki Englund, and Rich Finneran, we have a very special, nationally-known guest speaker who will be joining us — and ticket holders will be the very first to know who it is!
RSVP today and we’ll see you the night of Sept. 12th!
The 2020 Democratic National Convention is in the Books!
Thank you to everyone who joined and participated in caucus meetings, breakout sessions, breakfasts, and happy hours during the 2020 DNC! Missouri was so fortunate to bring in some amazing Democrats like Sen. Cory Booker, Sen. Amy Klobuchar, Gov. Laura Kelley, along with our very own Nicole Galloway, Jill Schupp, and Yinka Faleti to celebrate our official nomination of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris for President and Vice-President of the United States. Onward to November!

Black Lives Matter Organizing Resources
There is so much work yet to be done, so we’ve compiled a list of resources to continue working toward racial justice. The items on this list are not the end of our to-do list, but they’re a good starting point. Please take a look and share with others.
Time is Running Out to Be Counted
Filling out your census is the single most important thing you can do to ensure fair representation for your community for the next decade. It takes only TWO minutes online or over the phone at https://my2020census.gov/. Remember, we lose or gain seats based on these numbers, so please check with your friends and family and share the link above!
