Gina is the executive director of Sankofa.org, a social justice organization founded by her father, singer and civil rights activist Harry Belafonte. She talks about growing up in a home that played host to Dr. King, John Lewis, and the giants of the civil rights movement, and how she continues that legacy with her work today.
