Due to the COVID-19 pandemic Outlaw Dirty Money paused person-to-person signature gathering. Terry Goddard has drafted a letter to Governor Ducey, the Speaker of the House, and the President of the Senate asking them to grant a one-time exception and allow signatures from current initiatives to be grandfathered in to be used for the 2022 election cycle.
This would be signatures that were gathered before the expiration of the May 15 stay-at-home order expired.
We should not have to choose between our State constitutional rights and public health.
It is nothing short of voter suppression.
This is a viable way to protect both.
