Rob Sullivan is an international speaker, an author, and an executive coach. I met him in 2007 when he hosted a sales workshop for the company I was working for as a sales representative. I was blown away with how down to earth and positive he was (and is). Today we talk about techniques on staying sane, and even positive during this awful pandemic. Rob overcame cancer and he explains how focusing on the negative is unhealthy. He also explains how concentrating on the abundance we do have is a way to overcome feelings of scarcity and anxiety. I needed this conversation today because I’ve been indulging in the fear and I know that it’s not only not helping me, it’s not healthy. There is a way to be realistic and understand what’s happening without allowing it to consume you.
