It’s 2020 and Westchester Democrats can vote in two primaries this April and June. We talk to Bill Serratore, Executive Director of the Westchester County Democratic Committee, and IW’s own Bruce Campbell about when, where and how to VOTE.

 You must be a registered Democrat to vote in a Democratic primary -including for president. If you are not a Democrat, you must change your party affiliation by February 14th. Find out more at www.elections.ny.gov.
