Write Postcards to Voters Every Monday!

Indivisible FL-13 will be hosting postcard parties every week until the election!  We’ll write every Monday through October – same time & location every week.

Monday’s at 6:00 pm
Allendle United Methodist Church
Room 107/108
3803 Haines Rd N.
St. Petersburg, FL 33703

Our first 2020 postcard will be the one shown above, designed by Tori Edwards. The cards will be sent to registered Pinellas County voters with No Party Affiliation who tend to support the issues most important to us and who aren’t currently signed up to Vote By Mail. Research shows that once people sign up to Vote By Mail they’re much more likely to actually vote.

We’ll have everything you need to write postcards at the parties – cards, addresses, pens, instructions and samples of what others have written.  The kits also have everything you need to write from home.

If you want to write from home but it’s not convenient to pick up a kit on Mondays at Allendale, let us know and we’ll get a kit to you. Contact Vickie Dunn (727-510-3632 vkdunn@tampabay.rr.com)

In 2018 we wrote 28,500 postcards. We think we can do much better in 2020 but we need your help!
    – Come to the Monday evening postcard parties
    – Use a kit to write from home
    – Have a postcard party at another time and/or place
    – Donate money for postage (A roll of postcard stamps is $35)

Adopt Your Block

Indivisible FL-13 and Fired Up Pinellas are joining forces with our Adopt Your Block program.

Data shows when people talk with their friends and neighbors about their voting plans and issues, they’re more likely to vote. We’re asking folks to volunteer to contact and get to know the Democratic and progressive leaning independents on their street, neighborhood or building and help make sure they get to the polls or mail in their ballots.
