On the 21st episode of the #VoteHerIn series, a partnership project of Two Broads Talking Politics/Kelly Pollock and Rebecca Sive, author of Vote Her In: Your Guide to Electing Our First Woman President, you’ll hear an interview with Ambassador Ertharin Cousin, who was the executive director of the World Food Programme from 2012 until 2017, and previous to that was the US ambassador to the UN Agencies for Food and Agriculture in Rome.

Rebecca Sive. Rebecca has been a feminist community organizer, speaker, and writer since her college days advocating for reproductive rights. Rebecca has been a public official, a founder and leader of numerous national and Illinois women’s and social justice organizations, and an advisor to numerous candidates for public office. Kelly. Born on the 4th of July, Kelly has always been a firecracker, leading a revolution of girls sitting at the boys’ lunch table in 2nd grade and founding Young Independents in high school. Since earning her Masters, Kelly has spent the past 15 years as a university administrator. In the fall of 2017, Kelly co-created the Two Broads Talking Politics Podcast with her friend Sophy. As producer and co-host, Kelly quickly built the podcast into a nationally recognized interview show, featuring Democratic candidates, activists, and authors around the country. She lives in Chicago with her husband & two sons.
