Project 2025, officially titled Mandate for Leadership: The Conservative Promise, is a far-right manifesto by the Heritage Foundation and over 100 partner groups, designed to guide a potential second Trump administration. It aims to dismantle democratic institutions, weaken checks and balances, erode church-state separation, and advance a fascist agenda. The Forum’s expert panel will analyze its key policies and the potential harm to American lives.
