NEW HAMPSHIRE
Urgent Need for Poll Observers: NH Voter Protection needs to recruit hundreds of poll observers to counter the Republicans’ massive recruitment effort. You can sign up for poll observer trainings in two ways: First, you sign-up here for a live (virtual) training opportunity at a date/time that works best for you. Second, you can access an on-demand (recorded) training that will be released in October. If you prefer this option, you can sign up here and select the day you would like to receive the recorded training by email.
Canvass to Help Our Neighbors Flip NH Blue: Join Kent Street Coalition activists as they talk with Granite State voters about the importance of voting up and down the ballot for candidates that will protect reproductive rights, stop gutting school budgets, work to provide affordable housing, and other critical issues. NORTH CAROLINA
We’ve got two ways to call voters in North Carolina! Get Out the Vote by recruiting canvassers for the Mecklenburg Dems. Protect the Vote by recruiting poll observers for the NC Dems Voter Protection Team. These are super easy and friendly calls we make during PowerHours, Sun/Wed 5-7 pm. New phone bankers must be trained before their first Power Hour, so sign up early! PowerHour Sign Up Here
Canvass in NC to get out the vote! Training, routes and scripts are all provided; assistance with lodging is provided. Read more here, then complete this form.
PENNSYLVANIA
Make Confirmation Calls to PA Volunteers: The Dems Voter Protection team needs help making confirmation calls to individualswho have said they want to be poll observers, early-vote monitors, canvass observers, or hotline volunteers. Once you are trained, you can make these calls on your own or join us on the Wednesday or Sunday Power Hour. Sign Up Here.
Curing Mail-in Ballots: The county boards of election are beginning to issue mail-in ballots. On October 7, the PADems Voter Protection team will begin holding training sessions for volunteers to help voters whose mail-in ballots have been rejected. Let’s be ready to help protect the vote. Canvassing Opportunity: Lean Left is working with MAFlipPA to find canvassing opportunities in PA. MAFlipPa is setting up volunteers with transportation, lodging, and other logistics. PA is the closest big swing state to New England’s blue bubble with 19 electoral college votes at stake. Learn more here and sign up here.
