Voting early benefits the voter, the candidate, and inspires others to vote early.
Voting Day 1 gives the most benefits all around.
For the campaign: Reduces contact resources for early voters, allowing campaigns to focus on others. Think of it as a gift! Encourage your campaigns to join you on Day 1.
For the voter: Fewer voting reminders, avoids Election Day lines, and in our climate of uncertainties, this is the year to get it done EARLY and bank your vote. Voting Early allows for early identification and correction of registration errors and voting system glitches. Make a date with those you usually see when voting on Election Day and encourage others.
Social Influence: Early voting shows enthusiasm, motivating others to do the same and encouraging less frequent voters to participate. Get on the map, make an event here.
Media Coverage: Reporting high early voter turnout boosts morale and signals that democracy is thriving. Get on the map and invite your local media.
