We’ve got the MOMENTUM!
We can’t stress enough how inspiring the past few weeks have been! There have been dozens of volunteers in our office who have made 1,500+ calls to voters since we began our GOTV program on July 8th!
Simply put, we need to keep it going for 95 more days! Will you help us do that by signing up to volunteer and donating to our Get Out the Vote Fund?
Special thanks to volunteers of the month Cynthia Setzler & EJ Etikerentse, as well as State Legislators Spencer Wetmore, JA Moore, and Deon Tedder who have all dropped in to fire up the team!
Phone banking is the primary task on these shifts, but soon (once it cools down a bit in September) we’ll add door knocking, and we have some other administrative tasks (letter stuffing, etc.) that we need help with too!
Please note: due to a huge outpouring of new volunteer sign-ups, we’ll be having a Volunteer Orientation Session (past volunteers are welcome too!) in place of our regular monthly meeting at 6:30pm on August 15!
