Write postcards for District 10 Congressional candidate Janelle Stelson, Emmy Award-winning journalist, who is running against extremist Scott Perry. We need this win to help flip the U.S. House. Our partner is Rural Freedom Network, a grassroots media organization specializing in creating effective political media for Democratic candidates and Democratic values. Minimum request is 300 postcards. Perfect opportunity to gather up some friends for a postcard event. Sign up to request postcards here.
Join Field Team 6 in calling eligible voters (likely Democrats) in PA! Making sure people are registered to vote, and that they can vote safely from home, is a super-effective way to make a difference. All training provided by Field Team 6 and volunteers. Sign up directly with FT6 to make calls on Thursdays, 4-6 pm.
POSTAGE STAMP ALERT: Postcard stamps are going up on July 14th to .56¢ per stamp. Now is a good time to stock up. Be aware of counterfeit stamps offered on social media (it really is too good to be true). Best to order directly from USPS or go to your local post office.

Follow up your Pledge-to-Vote postcards to Mecklenburg County, NC with phone calls! Reclaim Our Vote/Center for Common Ground is reaching out to Black voters encouraging them to vote and providing information to help them check their registration. Take an initial training with Center for Common Ground any Tuesday at 6 pm, then join us at PowerHour on Sundays 3-5 pm to continue making calls with Lean Left volunteers.

FUND THE MOVEMENT

For two years, NC organizers have been building infrastructure, registering voters in strategic areas, and raising funds for the field operations of the most effective, proven in-state organizations in North Carolina. You, Lean Left Vermont, and thousands of people across the country have raised more than $2 million dollars to fund that incredible plan. And it has all led to this final piece of the 2024 puzzle: Get Out the Vote with a bold goal for knocking 4 million doors in NC.
4 Million Doors! is our final push to raise the money needed by four outstanding organizations to bring it home. Our donations will fund trusted and trained field workers in Mecklenburg and Cabarrus counties—key to winning NC—and their efforts will provide the base needed to propel the state to a full-on win.

Power Hour
Every Sunday from 3-5 pm via Zoom: Take an hour and make some calls. This week, we’re calling Dems in Meck County, NC. These are easy calls to build community by inviting known supporters to a social event in their neighborhood. Mingle to Mobilize Was a Great Success
More than 60 people attended the June 27 Mingle in the Mad River Valley. We exchanged stories, talked about our fears, and committed to supporting one another in the weeks ahead while we work together to protect our democracy.
