On July 4, as we celebrated the greatest democracy on earth, the New York Times published an op-ed: “I Don’t Vote.”
A right-wing extremist sneered:
“If patriotism is the last refuge of the scoundrel, civic duty is surely the first. Some version of the civic-duty line is trotted out by the sort of do-gooder who hands out voter registration forms to strangers.”
To us, that’s not an insult. It’s a challenge.
At Turn PA Blue, we’re proud to hand out voter registration forms – and canvass, call, and text to get swing-state Democrats OUT TO VOTE.
Since our founding, we’ve:
- mobilized 20,000 volunteers

The Supreme Court’s radical right majority has ruled that Presidents have issued the most reckless, dangerous decision in our nation’s history.
Chief Justice John Roberts, Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh, Neil Gorsuch, and Amy Coney-Barrett all testified that no one is above the law at their confirmation hearings, yet these far-right Justices have altered the paradigm of accountability by granting the President absolute immunity.
Justice Kentanji Brown Jackson writes, “The practical consequences are a five-alarm fire that threatens to consume democratic self-governance and the normal operations of our Government.”
This decision comes at a time when Donald Trump is calling for televised military tribunals and jailing his opponents, migrant fight clubs, and becoming a dictator on day one.
