How to create a rapid response video
We chose a Valentine’s Day theme in recognition of Feb 14th with the theme, “Register to vote to ban assault weapons in honor of someone you love”.
We downloaded a GIF from GIPHY and converted it into a short video clip of a pulsating heart with the free QuickTime app.
This video was overlaid with the main points from Richard’s message with the free iMovie app. The 50 second video was exported and uploaded to YouTube.

We chose a short clip by Peter, Paul & Mary of “The Answer Is Blowing In The Wind“ by Bob Dylan.
Make it easy to share your message
The URL for the video on YouTube (https://youtu.be/aixzego09nQ) was converted into a QR Code with the free QR Code Generator app. This QR Code was used to create a graphic in the form a of Happy Valentine’s Day wish. Scanning the QR Code launches the video. Another advantage of using a QR Code is that people do not know in advance they are being directed.
