Join this discussion during which  Aaron McKean, Legal Counsel for the Campaign Legal Center, will review the types of models currently operational in jurisdictions around the country and comment on the factors that ensure their success. Public financing programs allow small donors to feel that their voices matter, broaden participation among the public at large and encourage new and diverse candidates to seek public office.
