Messaging the Trump Indictments
Right wing media is already winning the narrative on the Trump indictments. We need to stop them.
As Trump indictments have trickled out over the past few months, the right wing media apparatus has been in overdrive.
The Biden White House and most Democrats are staying quiet on the topic, so the MAGA crowd has a major head start in framing the charges against Trump. The mainstream media is not going to help – they’re intent on deploying their extremely unhelpful “both-sides” coverage.
DemCast is stepping in to make sure the FACTS about these cases reach voters in their social media feeds. Especially for the last two indictments from Jack Smith and Fani Willis.
We’ll be working with groups like Public Citizen, Common Cause, the Declaration for American Democracy and others to sift through all the details of the charges.
We’ll distill the most important points and combine them with the best clips and graphics in dedicated social media toolkits.
Our network of tens of thousands of amplifiers will fire off the facts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Threads, TikTok, Reddit, Spoutible, BlueSky, Mastodon and more.
This will be a major undertaking for DemCast, but it’s the right thing to do. TOOLKIT: The Georgia Indictment
We have a lot of messaging work to do to stay ahead of the right wing spin re: Trump’s indictments. The newest indictment from Georgia couldn’t be more serious, framing Trump as the kingpin behind a criminal conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election results.
